We aim to provide a fast and efficient service to deliver your chosen item. By entering into the sale you agree to follow our terms of service.

Any dispute over authenticity of an item must be presented with the correct evidence such as a jewellers report identifying the item with an image along with a report, within the 14 day return period.

Any item that occurs damage during the 14 day return period will not be the responsibility of The Silver Brooch

If an item is returned you must make sure it is securely packaged and sent with the correct insurance cover for damage or loss.
